Pharmacy Contracting

Pharmacies and other entities seeking to become authorized Outcomes (MTM Centers) must complete a network participation agreement. Prospective MTM Centers have the following contracting options:

• Single Location Contract (i.e. independent pharmacy)
• Multiple Location Contract (i.e. chain pharmacy)
• Alternative Location Contract (i.e. consultant pharmacist)
